MS Investments

MS Investments is an experienced investment partner, combining vision, capital and expertise to deliver projects that bring new energy to cities and a second life to buildings.

We focus on residential and commercial projects, primarily in central locations in Warsaw and Łódź. We also specialise in transforming existing properties through revitalisation, re-letting and repurposing.

We retain selected properties in our portfolio and manage them over the long term to preserve and further enhance their value.

The former headquarters of Radio Zet, part of MS Investments’ commercial portfolio for many years, is taking on a new role as a boutique development of 69 apartments in one of central Warsaw’s most prominent locations, close to Three Crosses Square.

The architectural design is by Amsterdam-based MVSA Architects, with the interior concept for the communal areas by APMD. The organic façade, planted balconies and biodiverse courtyard are integral to the development’s overall quality and design.

Michał Szramowski

Founder, Owner and President of the Management Board

Founder, owner and President of the Management Board of MS Investments. He has been active in investment and property development since the mid-1990s.

He gained management experience at Metro AG and European Construction Consortium, holding managerial positions between 1999 and 2008. He is also the driving force behind Universal Properties, where he is a co-founder and managing partner.

At MS Investments, he is responsible for growth strategy, investment decisions and relations with equity partners. He holds a degree in banking and finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Vice-President of the Polish Business Roundtable for the 2025-2027 term.
